Just Machine Doubling. Note the dots between the devices. This is where you would expect to see elongated dots that look egg shaped. Also the MD is seen on the right side of the devices.

Machine Doubling is flat shelf like. Just like your coin:

Note the devices are not enlarged like the examples above. They are reduced because of die damage after the strike. So on these it is caused by the machine. dies has the doubling on the die.
