Hi all, here is an original counterfeit note I found in a tin of coins and WW11 occupation banknotes from a house contents auction last week, the tin was in a large box of stamps I bid on.

Does anyone have any info on this fiver Thanks

My guess is that is was used for reference in a Post Office as they were agents for the Commonwealth Bank back then.

You're probably right that it was used at a post office.
