Just pulled this out of a B/U roll. Always fun looking through 60-D rolls as there are soooo many possibilities. The die markers for this one are the die scratches above and to the left of the 1 in the date as well as the skirted R of LIBERTY.

1960-D/D (north) Lincoln Memorial cent (large date) RPM-019 stage E/F

Wow--the difference in location between the two punches is very pronounced on this RPM. Well done!

Looks more like 017 to me:

The 019 has a hook off the 9 on the date:

The spur on the 9 starts after stage 'B'.

I was thinking the die markers above and to the left of the 1 in the date were pretty clear in the original photo. Here is another look at them. 100% match for RPM-019 on both VV and CC. Would rather it was RPM-017 as that is more rare, but this is 019 based on the die scratches. Could be something mis-listed if this one doesn't match otherwise.

Your coin has the skirted 'R' on LIBERTY. A match for RPM-017-C stage.

Correct, a skirted 'R' as noted in first post, one of the die markers for stage E, F and G of RPM-019. But this one does not yet have the stage G die crack across the O of ONE so I called it stage E/F which I still believe is correct.

The reverse was replaced on the 017 at stage 'E'. Also a light die crack on the head at the ear, flowing NE to the top of head.

The skirt on TB's coin matches the skirt on #19. Below the chip but still within the R there is a horizontal line forming part of the skirt. This is a match to the skirt illustrated on VV.
Also , the vertical of the secondary D on #19 points north an clears the curve of the 9. On #17 it points into the curve of the 9. Looks to be #19
