1968 LMC- Die Chip? Broken Letter?

Hello. Found this the other day-haven't seen anything like it. The R in LIBERTY is filled. I've seen filled mint marks and die chips in the 9, but this I haven't. Isn't it just another die chip, in other words, no extra value? Happy hunting!

The post on the die that should have created the center of that device has broken off the die. Note how it rises above the the other devices? When the post/pin has broken off the die, the base of the pin broke deeper into the die. Now all coins until retirement will have this same filled letter. (The post/pin prevents the formation of the device. But now because it is broken of, that area will be filled)

That's my guess a chip in the die. Maybe no added value, but very interesting to find never the less. I have a large amount of 1957-D LWC, The die at the 9-5 is damaged. I have been putting them in order to see if I might have a progression originating from the same die.

That year/mm combination is probably the most likely to have die chips in LIBERTY and the date/mm. Finding a progression with die markers would be cool.
