westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7618 Posts	Posted 12/18/2018 9:28 pm Clues - 1) San Fran Fed so probably saw most of its circulation in California, 2) well worn, 3) last name of the top autograph appears to begin with "F". I'm clueless as to what the chicken scratch is with the bottom autograph. I know when people met famous people it was not unusual to pull out a dollar bill and have them autograph it. I'm leaning towards "Jim Ford" (the singer) as the top autograph (thx to Missouriblue) and my tired old eyes. Ford was a country soul musician active in the 70's. The big clue of "soul" music leads me to agree with Celticknot and think the bottom autograph looks like a huge "J" and a huge "B" and just might be the Godfather of Soul James Brown.
