1878 P Morgan VAM Assignment Problem

The coin has the following variety features, which I have included in photographs: Strong Doubling of Liberty Doubled RIB obverse motto Distinctive Tail Feather Tips protruding Originally thought VAM 70, as it has all 3 key features,but does not include the doubling of liberty.
