Reminds me a little of the 2017p ufo Wexler has listed. You can see it real good on the vdb and just a little bit to the right of vdb also . Circled. Top one is wexlers ufo and bottom one is in question?

Not a UFO. Just a common issue with Die Deterioration Doubling.

Your coin is a Die Deterioration issue like previosuly said.

I don't know why Wexler listed that 2017-P ufo. It looks like die abrasion caused by the removal of a die clash, basically a large die trail. There are no doubled dies similar to that and having isolated doubling so far from the center on a single-squeeze era coin is extremely unlikely.
