I found this one in a pile of change it has a line down the middle of the L in liberty so I can see 2 separate lines any thoughts on this one ty

I've seen similar coins, that were called PSD, Coin Wrap Machine.

It could be Die Deterioration, but I can't tell for sure with current pictures.

Actually it is not a double 'L'. That is die wear. The is the first area I look at to determine die state. Like this example is showing LDS/VLDS according to this clue.
