I am not seeing a doubled die,where are you seeing doubling?

Kinda looks like 1966 1¢ WDDR-001
The letters S,T, and E in STATES look similar.

Looks like a normal 66 reverse cent with Machine Doubling to me.

Note on your coin, the devices are reduced instead of enlarged. The machine caused the damage to your coin. In order for something to be doubled a doubled die, the doubling must be on the die. Not created by the machine. Take a look again. Where the spread is showing (which is raised) your coin is showing a reduction of the devices in those areas. Can you see it now?
