No idea. Any help appreciated. My Rorschach impressions are possibly an ancient vessel with sail hoisted on obverse, a whale on reverse.

@po_bob, sorry for the late reply on this. With regard to the "whale", to me it actually looks more like a deer/antelope standing and facing right. I see whispers of his legs I think. On the other side, that could be a ship or even a crescent moon and perhaps TO or TD at the top? Maybe by bumping this thread, some others can join the hunt for what this might be.

The animal made me think of this Iran falus with a goat, but the shape is wrong (though the "TO" looks like it could be the persian numerals 45). https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces190854.html
