found this 1cm copper item in west of Ireland. Curious to know if you can make it out. The idea of a token or charity change comes to mind.

First side appears to show a shield, quartered, with arms, or perhaps a castle with windows; the other side is just odd...

The appearance including rust suggests a steel or iron alloy, or some very low quality billon silver.

Reverse rotated 90 degrees CW looks like a building with 3 towers.

It does look like three towers. Three towers suggests it could be a coin from San Marino.

Some Gibraltar tokens from the early 19th century also had three towers on one side.
