No to getting it graded, it's an AU coin.

Normal cent at its normal weight. Not worth grading. The big one for 1982 is the 1982 D small date copper.

Your coin is a normal copper cent from 1982. Very common. It is worth 1 cent, or ~1.8 cents if you calculate the copper melt value. It is normal to find 1982 cents in both copper and zinc compositions. 3.08 grams is within tolerance for a copper which should be 3.1 grams.

You need a small date 1982 d. Look at the 8and the 2 then weigh it.   On the small date the 8has a smaller top circle and the 2 is More curvy

That is a small date but not a Denver mint. You can study the date though.
