That is a die chip on the 6, not a RPM. It could still be a minor RPM, as E&V noticed, it looks like it could have a split lower serif but it's hard to tell with this picture.
Levelsofmadness, don't get ahead of yourself. The six is a very common place for die chips, so this may not be the
DDO. If we can confirm this is a minor split serif RPM, we can rule out that doubled die, as the die markers would list the RPM. Also, I believe you mean WDDO-010, not DDO-010. No such thing as DDO-010.
