From what I can tell from the pics... it looks like AU to me.

Light wear on eagle's breast & tail, very few distracting marks,and feather tips sharp. From this pic I can't tell if wear or strike characteristics are the cause of the eagle's breast & tail weakness. Very Nice Coin I'll say XF45

Well, figured that would not be too hard. Most of you nailed it.
I purchased raw at this year at the Santa Clara Coin Expo. After looking at it and seeing the $115 price on the holder, I figured I'd pass. Went back an hour later and got it offered to me for $85. It looked XF40. SOLD. The grade:PCGS XF40.
