The one on the right is slightly clipped, while with the other the last digit of the date is askew. Other than a very poorly repunched date, I can't come up with what sort of mint error could account for the latter, but it really doesn't look to be the result of post strike damage.

@LC, we see those wonky number ones all the time. A bubble gum machine, coin counting machine, or whatever just dragged part of this number toward the center of the coin. Here are some prior examples of this so-called slanted 1 PMD:

The first coin took a well placed hit, which is Post Strike Damage. Although, the second coin shows a genuine Curved Incomplete Clipped Planchet.
