Actually it is call Die Deterioration Doubling. ( DDD) It happens as the die ages the devices flow on the fields (not off the devices) in the direction of the closest edge of the coin. Date to the right, Liberty to the Left and the motto on the tops of the devices.

No premium for these as they are just an aging die, not a doubled die.
