Hmm, veerrryyy interesting. Have a gold coin giveaway and all our lost members come out of the woodwork for a shot of winning. . Now I don't really mind to much mind ya, and in away I hope one of "them" wins this giveaway. Perhaps then more of our lost members will show up and post some interesting questions. . Ya right...

Yo Mike, I know I am a member in good standing n all & obviously you like me alright, but I do believe each member is suppose to get only 1 number and 1 crack at your great give away. Now I am very happy to get 2 numbers mind ya, but when I win I don't want our members to be upset when I win because I have (2) TWO numbers--#12 AND #41--If I have a choice, if you don't mind I'll keep your first number which was #12-- --Now if you insist on giving me 2 numbers I will take 'em... CiScO PS I suggest U check N make sure we all only git 1 number only eh?

Cisco makes a good point. However, I must question that statement. Seeing as though my wife and I were given seperate numbers as Knight and Lady Knightess of the Coin Table...does this make us eligible for TWO SEPERATE numbers here 'Tis only a thought, 'O Fair Giv'r of the Great Gold!! However, being as though we are Nobles of the Coin-dom...we can not accept two numbers even if you found this a reasonable request...it would create an unfair advantage. (Which would violate the rules of which Knights and Knightesses are governed by.)

Sir Mike and Lady Kerri:
I wouldn't speak for the administration, but perhaps it might be a good idea that Lady Kerri register and become a member of Coin Community?

That's a good idea. However, for some reason, she is usually shy and doesn't talk as much as I do. (She usually has to tell me to shut up! OUCH! That's what I get for talking about her! LOL!) I was not being serious about the extra number. As you will all learn, I have a sometimes strange sense of humor. I do have a good question: How is it that our forum Mom was able to post her picture on her profile? Once we get some good pictures of us, I would like to put one on ours. (This way everyone can know that we really are a couple that acts as one person. Afterall, that is the best way to describe us!)

You need a strange sense of humour if you are going to be involved with a cross section of the community such as "usens" If you want to post your picture go to the top of any page click on my profile. Go in and edit your profile on the left hand side of the page your will see a place to post the url for your picture(you have to have it hosted somewhere). If you do not have a hosting service, send the picture to Susan or I believe one of us the moderators can acomplish it for you.

Entries for the giveaway are based on usernames. Therefore, you can only have one entry if the two of you are going to use one username to post with. Sorry.

Seeing as though Susan put Mike (my Mike) in his place, I decided to go ahead and register. Thanks, Susan. I have to put him in check every now and then, too! With this said...hey, sign me up as well...unless there is a rule on the number of posts needed. ("Sir" Mike hasn't exactly filled me in on everything.) #41!!!!!

Sir Mike:
Mitchell is our 32-year-old son.
Of our three children, he is the most interested in coin collecting, although all three are collectors.
Our daughter just bought three of the Canadian 2006 speciman sets. Our oldest son has just recently bought a bunch of Australian Lunar Coins.
So, the kids are solid collectors. Now we have to get the six grandkids going.

WOW!!! See...I'm learning more and more about everyone everyday!!! I think this would be a good way for everyone to get re-acquainted. How's about starting a new thread in the main forum? We could call it "Re-Introductions". Everyone that has say 100+ posts could write a small re-introduction about themselves. This way, all of us that are still kind of new to the forum could learn more about the "veterans". Think of it as the circulated coins finally making being able to hang out with the PROOFS...of course, the more experienced collectors here being the proofs...a backwards grading scale!!!
I do apologize and was only joking, Gary. And WELCOME TO THE FORUM, MITCHELL!!! (That's a good name; it's my wife's maiden name!!!)

Sir Mike, I like your re-introduction idea. You should start such a thread!
