Close to fully struck.

Obverse
-- Left hand is weak but the skirt lines appear to be complete.
-- Couple small tic marks at the sun.
-- Don't know about the lines in the right field (die polish?)

Reverse
-- Just a touch of weakness on the eagle's breast feathers and left leg.
