1943 Washington Quarter Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

If you look at the 4 in the daye there is doubling, but I am not sure what type...DD or MS ? I also see something going on in the L and B of Liberty. Please help. It's quite visible in the pictures if you look at L, B, and R of Liberty. IGWT looks thickened and so does the date but it'd have to be looked at closer to see the doubling more prominently.
