1960-P Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ? Need Help Classifying

Looks like a legitimate DDO, but I'm having trouble matching up any die marks or scratches. I'm still fairly new and my not have all the verbiage correct and also possibly seeing shadows. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for taking a look. Also, does this look like a cent from a proof set? Slight separation on 9 of date? Slight separation on GOD Slight separation on W and tilted E Slight separation on T and U, R has clear separation Clear separation on S (especially on upper serif), slight separation on T Slight separation on LIBER, R has die chip Slight separation on TY, Y has small die mark Possible Cud about VDB Vertical die scratch on lower left bust Possible diagonal die scratch in middle of bust next to tie Possible separation on upper hair Report this Post to the Staff
