IDK but the nose appears larger than normal and the upper lip looks like Fred Flintstone the way it juts out and the beard har runs like a river down to his throat!

The obverse die is showing Die Deterioration from being in a Very Late Die State, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint.

I think Abe had a Botox injection in 2000. Neck beard and bottom lip are thicker than normal!
