It's rotated by 160 something degrees. If it was rotated by 16 or 17 degrees, the reverse wouldn't be upside down. Errers and Varietys. That must have taken a LONG time considering the deliberate effort it takes to detect a rotation like that, or any rotation for that matter. I recently finished a bucket of Lincoln cents roughly 10,000 coins. It took me all of 3 months to check both side just for errors.
