I have three coming... The first one is for me to crack, of course! The second one is for the son, to do with as he wishes.  The third one is for the son, in case he wishes to sell the first one for beer money while in college!     |

..... it is a good idea, because he may go "in & out" of coin collecting.......or he may not share his fathers passion for coins AT ALL too !!....... ......you never know. Regardless.......the "back up" is a good idea ! |

Even if he does not, I do have a six-year old niece that is somewhat curious. I might be getting a 2002 silver proof set at the next coin show, just to test the waters with her. |

You know, I'd never really put much thought into a Silver Proof "Birth Year" Set until your idea. Now I might have to get one for my girlfriend, her daughter, and myself.....kind of a neat idea !.... |

Ive been waiting for the last 2008 silver State Quarter set as I'm sure we all were I'm going to lay them all out and measure them in a square or something and have a custom frame made for mine to hang on the wall and guess over the years what the grades might be its to expensive to have them all individually graded besides that they probably wont grade all the same hope everyone enjoys there sets. |
