Unofficial-American-Coins-Issue-Plan-For-2009

This one was done by Heartland America some time ago, way before there was talk of the US Territories for 2009. Lots of people were questioning why the Mint didn't include these in the 50 States program. Heartland got a designer to create this for Puerto Rico and they were selling these. no value

It's funny that this design is almost the same as the one from the Mint considering. I like it!

That is interesting Mila......

I don't think that I'm a big fan of "the idea" of "Territory qtrs." though.......but they never asked me !
