I have no idea how to look at the device on LSC in order to recognize DD. I need some help here

It seems like you are looking for the right things, there is some obvious extra thickness on LIBERTY and the left side of the Y is thicker than the other. But unfortunately, most 2017-P cents have this doubling, it is the doubled working hub. WWHO-002.
