I am new to this forum, but I have this coin that I've been trying to figure out what the heck happened to it. My initial reaction was it was a 1962 with some PMD, but I cant find a single contact mark across the whole thing. Any info on it would be appreciated as I haven't come across an error like this before.

to CCF. No D mint mark in 67,so it is a damaged 62.

to the Community! It is a 1962. It looks like it has went through a gum ball machine. We see this quite a bit. Probably the reason for no contact mark is it's 52 years old and circulation wear may have rubbed it smooth.

I am confused? Why is there a pic of 1960 RPM-001 D/D?

That's unusual, on my screen it is the coin described. But I did upload a 1960 d/d a few hours after this post.

Oaklandpier,
This has happened to me too. To fix this, make sure you use a specific name for each picture.
