Nope, not a Doubled Die. Just Split Plate Doubling and zinc rot setting in on your coin (white discoloration). Spendable, as there's no value for this. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/

Here's what real and genuine Doubled Dies look like. They're a completely different animal, as it happens during a mistake in the die making process. The doubling is on the die itself, hence the name Doubled Die. http://www.error-ref.com/doubled-dies/
