Hello friends. Went to the bank today to get some pennies to look through. On 3rd roll stumbled upon this specimen. Can you help me identify if this is a DDO? I usually am mistaken and post Machine Doubling.

Thank you for your input and advice

Also, your header should read "1995 D".

I believe the 1995 D is more scare then the 1995.

1995 D = PCGS has 46 graded FS-103.
1995 = PCGS has graded 267 FS-101.

Congratulations again!

Awesome find! Pretty rare one to find! Make sure you label it as WDDO-003 "Best Of" variety.

Using 100% pure Acetone (not nail polish remover, just pure Acetone) is safe. It might improve your coin greatly. It won't harm the coin. Give it a soak for 2 or 3 hours.

Don't know if Acetone would help, but it can't hurt...

I would do an acetone soak one hour at a time,don't want to over do it all at once...IMHO. I would also put it in an Air-Tight holder.
