Ancient coins in this condition, where perhaps less than 100 or so may exist, could be worth the adventure and gained experience, to justify the effort to identify.
Perhaps not so, where anywhere between 1 and 1000 million may have been struck. Obviously bronze, but perhaps wishful thinking that it may be a '43. The top hook of the '3 (if it is a '3), is way above the top of the '4' (if it is a '4').
Trying to add another pic that is better, this is the best pic I got and it is shot straight on from penny, this was found in a jar of about 100 or so pennies and the dates ranged from '25 to '49
The coin looks like it was acid dipped at sometime. Probably low in weight. (Varying because of how much metal was removed by the acid) This coin may possibly be the size of a dime?
