No. "Occupation money" is money issued by military forces occupying a territory, for use by the civilians living within that territory. MPCs are "military scrip", money with which an army pays its troops but which are *not* legal for local civilians to use, to try to reduce black market connections between the military and the civilian economy. A territory under military occupation usually had one or the other, but usually not both.
