The reverse has die cracks on both corners of the bottom of the building and one on the upper left corner going through the letter T in UNITED. It also has alot of weird lines going in all directions. Report this Post to the Staff

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 75080 Posts	Posted 06/22/2019 11:44 pm On the reverse, the corners of the memorial are very prone to Die Cracks, because that's the stress point on the die. Those weird lines you see on the obverse and reverse are called Die Scratches. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/22/2019 11:51 pm The die has been polished several times. When this happens the fields get reduced a bit in size. Note the ONE CENT is smaller than normal sized. Probably the last polishing for the reverse die. It is soon reaching retirement. Report this Post to the Staff

If a coin is off-center on only one side, that's called a misaligned die, or MAD. Both sides need to be off in the same amount/direction for it to be called an off-center strike. So, you have a slightly MAD coin with die cracks and polishing lines.
