BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 06/29/2019 12:22 am It appears genuine and is an ex-jewelry, polished piece as noted above. It should weigh about 4.1 grams. The 1871 Quarter Eagle is a very tough date and should be worth $200+ even is this rough condition. Don't "pinch" the coin between your fingers to avoid further damage and certainly don't bother having it graded. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff
