I was wondering if someone could give me an approximate value of this coin. Also, is it worth having it graded?

I would grade it at or near a XF45 and the current PCGS value for that coin in this condition would be around $135 to $140.

Maybe it's my eyes, but that looks likely to come back detailed, harshly cleaned.

, it does look cleaned and that will make valuing the the coin a little trickier. If it were my coin, I would not spend the money to have it graded. You MIGHT wind up ahead if it came back with at least XF details.

It all depends on what you are planning on doing with it - keeping it or selling.
