Hello all, I found this today, and there's a couple of gouge like marks but it looks like the mark that begins below IN continues upwards, but is under the O...I can't see corresponding damage to the O? I hope you can see what I mean in the photos, they're not the best quality. There's a similar mark under the t in Liberty. As always, I appreciate your expert eyes. Thanks

Looks like a lamination error, very common on these warnicks.
