So my 1995 p dime kinda looks like doubling in the eye and the mouth looks weird? Also I put a green circle on the obverse side looks like doubling or an extra leaf? Please help?

I am not seeing the doubling.

After 1971-S on the Variety Vista side, there are only five DDR's they list:

The 1916 DDRs are where you should look for doubled dies on the singles squeeze dies. Note the area. Center of the design.
There are probably a lot more out there, but everyone is probably looking in the wrong place.
