Post is concerning the 7 but see a little bit of characteristics of being an error on the other numbers...

@c10, sorry but this looks like a well-placed hit to me rather than a mint error.

Looking at the 7 the vertical line is bolder than the horizontal line then looking at the 9 the very bottom has 2 stopping points...

Yes I agree with your assessment, but the most simple explanation is that the bottom of the nine has a small dent on it and the horizontal stroke of the seven has been flattened slightly as well.
