The flashback makes it very difficult to evaluate this coin.

On obverse, I see a fingerprint and possible plate shifting. Reverse too much flash to tell anything and need closer photos of area you believe might be DDR and DDO after you correct light source...good luck...happy hunting...have fun

Looks like Die Deterioration to me, but it's difficult to tell from pics. Could you also post pictures right side up?
