I took a break from my current project to run through a box of nickels this afternoon. It was a pretty good box. 1942S 1950P 23 pre 60 1 English 20 Pence. I've been spending quite a bit of my spare time putting together a site over Coin Roll Hunting and I think it's almost to the point where I'm going to start promoting it... I guess that's kind of what I'm doing right now... but it's buried in this thread so hopefully not that many people will notice it... I still have to figure out how I want the store to work ( or if I even want a store), and I've got an article in the works over the 25000 rolls of nickels... If you see anything which could use some work let me know.

I'm doing the Happy Dance! Found three 1968D Kennedy half dollars and two SBA's in one half dollar roll. Also found two 2000 Wide AM's searching through my penny rolls. Not too shabby!! I love coin collecting!!

I was sick last week. I did manage to go through $20 then, but didn't feel up to recording what I got. The coins just sat in a pile. Monday my wife picked up another $20 for me. I finally recorded everything today. Hope to start back on my normal schedule tomorrow :D

Quick update. I got a box of cents... many full rolls of wheat cents. Once I get them all opened up and seperated I'll post results. I did find a 1910 as oldest so far.. and a novelty cent. 2 half pieces combined.

I still have about 2 bowls worth of 30-40's to go through. Plus a few 10-29... It was really amazing and an all night project going through it all.
Next update after I get through the 46-49's

Next update after I count the 40-45. It'll be a chore as 42 and 44 had over 1 billion mintage each.

Just search my 2nd Brinks box of Lincoln. In this one I found--
1- 1941D 1- 1946 2- 1946D 2- 1948 1- 1949 1- 1950 1- 1950D 1- 1951D 1- 1952D 1- 1953D 1- 1954D 1- 1955 2- 1956D 2- 1957D 1- 1958D
O yea. I almost forgot. ALSO a 1992-S Proof. It really made me look twice when I emptied that roll!
So I almost went straight from 1940 - 1960. Just missing a few dates.
