Not that I know of. Often cross over stuff happens at the end of years when dies wear out and they use the new dies early. But when they change over to a new design, I don't think this happens as often. (unless you have an underhanded mint worker creating these things, {called a mint assisted coin} or someone creating one on there own known as a counterfeit coin)
