Is this a Cladding issue (top area of Obverse) and is there some sort of doubling on on Washiington's profile (more specifically the head area). I have taken the time to provide more info on the 1968 Quarter. The area I have shaded in purple is a valley (not dirt) surrounding the word Liberty ... meaning its topography is lower than the word Liberty. Report this Post to the Staff
