Someone handed these to me for face so I'm not out anything. She thought they were special.

To me it looks as if the outer coating was removed with acid or something.

They look so similar - must have been a deliberate effort to discolor them.

What stands out to me is the darkness of the reverse devices on the ATB Quarter. That really shows how those devices are incuse.
