I've never found this kind of toning before. I just wanted to share. Its colors are even better in hand.

Thanks guys! And yes, Coinfrog ,I should have taken a pic earlier of the reverse..I was a bit smitten with the toning.on the obverse. And then I lost my afternoon daylight..I found the best pictures are in my car..lol Let's enough natural light in without making the coins glare so bad.
So here is the reverse..its a bit darker in the picture as it is in hand. It doesn't have the red and green hues the obverse has, but still pretty.

Note really woodies. Just a unique toning. I think some rolls are stored and got too hot and they tone that way:

Lincoln does have a nice aura around him. I still think its possible DDO. Coop.. those pic you posted look the same as mine. I can take pics tomorrow. I was trying to avoid the " aura thing happening.
So is a woody from Die Deterioration?

A woody is caused by a bad mix of copper. This is more of a toning issue. Whether natural or artificial.
