I dont know Canadian coins the slightest but ive read a bit and I see there is different 65' varieties. Please let me know which one it is and any other helpful information :)

Its definitely a blunt 5, can you provide a close up of the A in Regina showing the dots where it is pointing to?

MaxV773 your coin is a variety2 small beads blunt 5 here is a couple images of one of my coins same variety as yours. I will add a couple of images showing what is on the surface of my coin.
