A partial filled with grease error and a metal movement issue that happened a lot on these cents. Harder to find ones with the complete USA than to find the common weaker design issue. So much metal is moved to the obverse design, that is the planchet slightly under weight, then the ES OF area will be weaker: Report this Post to the Staff
