Good afternoon. This LMC sounded different when I put my change on the table. It had a different look as well around the rim. It appeared to have a lot of clutter and wear/flaking and the color was a goldfish yellow. Putting it on my scale, it was 3.17 grams. Any thoughts? Thanks...

I would agree. Copper can take on all kinds of color in the wild.
