Hi all,

I fished the below out of the till this arvo. The reeding seems to have interrupted (as it were) the top edge.

I can't say I recall ever seeing this before, but does anyone else have a different opinion?

Need to see a couple of pictures of the interrupted reeding on the edge.

Hey sel_69l, do you mean you want to see photos of the edge itself?

Sorry, it's been a long day at work and my brain is dribbling out of my ears.

Hi MNCcoino, any chance of additional photos showing obverse, reverse and rim?

Hmmm...I think what the OP is referring to is on the Obv, immediately above HM's head. Reeding is visible.

I always thought this was due to the coin/s being slightly off centre, which this coin is. Fairly common on $1 & $2.
