Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 09/16/2019 3:39 pm The circular scratch that runs from Lincoln's vest, through the date makes me think it's damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine or vending machine coin chute, also. It just took metal away from the last 1 in the date as it scarred up the fields on the coin. As noted above, just PMD / PSD.
