The coin doesn't look like a proof coin at all. I was surprised with the 'S' mint. But just another example of what I think I will start calling ATB Machine Doubling on the outer ring on the reverse. This on also has MD on the ear also.

The mint has sold rolls of S-mint quarters since 2012. Someone probably spent some.

Just found this information on PCGS:
