I thought this was interesting as it looks like machine tripling. Is tripling common? There are two different spots, on the tale and in the flower, that look like two teeth bit into the coin. I assume these "teeth" were some how responsible for the tripling?

2nd photo, on the flower pedals, I'm thinking I see more of DDD (die detiorating doubling)

The only thing I see is very slight MD on the date.
