For $400-500 you could buy a denarius set of Rome's famous Nerva-Antonine dynasty: Nerva  Trajan  Hadrian  Antoninus Pius  Marcus Aurelius  Lucius Verus  Commodus  Denarii of theirs start at about $20 for what we could call VG and can be had in the conditions shown above for less than $100 each with patience. |

I'd get 2 1/10th oz coins (Maples are always an option) and I'd buy some silver rounds and some 90% Junk

I'm still going with the gold coin and the LCS has a nice slabbed Flying Eagle cent and an MS IHC, if they are still around I may do those. Still have 3 and 1/2 months só time to decide :) |

I have almost a full set of Mercury dimes (only missing the 16 D which I'm getting in 2 weeks) and I recently started walking liberty so I'll have that one completed in 2020. I'm not a fan of the quarters though except for the 1917 type I |

Personally, I feel that there needs to be a reason for what you get. The list you propose has no continuity. If the goal is a type set, then okay. Otherwise, it's distraction and uncertainty.  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

It doesn't have to be part of a collection, I can just get one for astetic reasons. But are correct as I'm generally a "lister" and I put together lists of what I want but in this case I have cash and no real "list". So I'm flexible into what I can get and I kind of like the "type set" idea. I've already completed a 20th/21st century type set so maybe get some of the 1800 coins I'm missing maybe slabbed, but in XF+ condition. I still have time and as I'll be working on the bison nickels at that time, I may just pick up a lot of XF-MS bison nickels and call it a day. |

Curious- how many sets have you started and completed this year? And the Indian Nickels are a great set of coins.  |
